By accessing or using Aviss ("Service"), operated by Aviss ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Aviss is an AI-powered goal tracking platform that helps users set goals, generate milestone roadmaps, and track weekly progress. The Service includes AI-generated content, weekly check-ins, and subscription management features.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate and current information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service.

4. Subscription and Billing

Aviss offers a free tier and a paid Pro plan at $4.99/month. By subscribing to Pro:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You can cancel at any time through your Account page; access continues until the end of the billing period
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe and are non-refundable except as required by law

5. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate goal suggestions, milestone roadmaps, and motivational feedback. AI-generated content is provided for informational and motivational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI outputs for any particular purpose. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service
• Upload harmful, offensive, or infringing content
• Circumvent usage limits or rate limits
• Share account credentials or resell access to the Service

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and brand assets, is owned by Aviss and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the personal goal data you enter. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process your data solely to provide the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aviss shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@aviss.app. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
